*** HOW TO ORDER ***

2. Leave a phone number for shipping in the Personalization Box.
3. Add to your cart and checkout.
CHOOSING YOUR BANNER FINISH:
Your banner finish is how you will hang or show your banner/step and repeat.
*** PROCESS ***
• We recommend laying graphics out 24 hours before using to get rid of wrinkling.
Item sent by folded, there will be wrinkles. Here are ways to remove wrinkles：
1) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be ok.
2) Heat it with a steam iron on the back of the item（low temperature）, then it will be smooth again
Note: When ironing the background, in order to prevent the background from being damaged, it is recommended to place a cloth between the steam iron and the back of the background and then iron on the back of the background at a low temperature.
*** HOW TO HANG YOUR BANNER ***
The banner stand is NOT INCLUDED with this purchase.
Please choose your finish when you purchase this listing. Your choices are:
GROMMETS - Reinforced holes along the edge of the banner.
This is a great option to hang the banner with hooks, a rope, or a string. (Recommended if you are using command hooks to hang it on a wall or when you are attaching the banner to a photo stand).
POLE POCKETS - Openings added to the banner that allows you to slide a rod or pole through to secure the banner. Pole pockets can be added to the top or top and bottom of the banner. This is a great option if you have a banner stand or if you have an existing pole that you can use to secure the banner. So if you select pole pockets, understand that the pocket is accounted for in the height, and can effect the height by 1/2 inches)
HEM ONLY – A sewn hem around the banner with edges trimmed and folded for a nice, sleek finish.
This finish is a great option if the banner will be taped or affixed to a wall.

As the banners are made to order it is not possible to return them as stated in the return policies/descriptions.
